15 CAUSES OF INDIGESTION



1. EATING IN HURRY. Food must be masticated. It should be mixed with saliva.

2. TOO MUCH EATING. Good food is not exempted to this principle.

3. EATING TOO CLOSE TO PREVIOUS MEAL. 4 or 5 hours between meals is good.

4. EATING BETWEEN MEALS. This makes the stomach exhausted and weak.

5. HEAVY MEAL AT EVENING OR LATE AT NIGHT. Digestion should be nearly finished before retiring.

6. EATING WHILE TIRED AND EXHAUSTED. This disturbs good digestion.

7. HAVING MEAL WHILE NERVOUS AND DEPRESS

8. EATING HARD FOOD.

9. EATING OILY AND COMPLEX MIXTURES.

10.EATING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES TOGETHER.

11. EATING OR DRINKING MILK WITH SUGAR TOGETHER. This causes fermentation.

12. EATING TOO MUCH LIQUID FOOD AND OR DRINKING WITH MEALS.This dilutes with the stomach juices.

13.DRINKING SUGAR, TEA, COFFEE, COCOA, LIQUOR,  AND SOFT DRINKS.

14.EATING DEMINERALIZED FOOD OR FOOD COOKED IN ALUMINUM UTENSILS.

15. THE USE OF VINEGAR IN FOOD.

16. FOLLOW THE 101 BASIC PRINCIPLES OF EATING HABIT.
